Women’s Ministries
The purpose of the women’s ministry is for each individual to use their God-given talents in glory to God. We are here to demonstrate God’s love by meeting others at their point of need — a touch in the name of Jesus — a cup of water — a kind word — a phone call or visit — a chore done — the Gospel presented … Here are some of the Women’s Ministry highlights.
Correspondence with Missionary Families
Offering encouragement and support to missionary families through cards and monetary gifts
Dorcas Ministry
Making stockings for Romanian orphans, Haven of Hope, Children’s Advocacy Group, and Foster Care of Coffee County, blankets for Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, etc.
Benevolence Ministry Servants
Each Monday morning women participate in the organization and distribution of clothing and food to the community.
Bible Classes at the Coffee County Jail
Bible classes are conducted weekly at the Coffee County Jail with an average of 15 attendance. “Hope Givers” regularly send notes of encouragement with invitations to attend class.
Trinity Adult Day Care Center
Women share their time and talents in the form of birthday parties, craft making, and donating much needed items.
Food Ministry
Taking food to shut-ins, sick, bereaved, etc.
Store-to-Door Ministry
This ministry provides numerous services to those elderly who are unable to shop for themselves.
